Speaker Profile:   
Gina Davidovic, PMP, PgMP, ITIL

Gina is one of the Senior Partners and Instructors of Bay3000 Corporate Education. Gina brings with her extensive experience in project and program management. She has over 25 years experience in the IT / Technology field having held senior positions in several organizations across various industries.

 

Gina is an experience trainer and is a member of the Canadian Society for Training and Development (CSTD) and is a regular invited speaker at local and international conferences including PMI Conferences. Gina is regularly involved in supporting events of the PMI Lakeshore Chapter, Southern Ontario Chapter, IS Local Interest Group, and the PMO Local Interest Group. Gina is also the co-chair of the Canadian Project Excellence Awards and Seminars.


Program Description: Health Checks: Strategies for Determining the Health of Your Projects

 

Every year thousands of projects get cancelled, fail in delivering results, or end up costing significantly more than their original projections. Research shows that often, failure comes as a surprise and severe issues surface so late in the game that recovery is nearly impossible. Project and program managers are in need of tools to diagnose symptoms of failure early enough and to implement steps for a speedy recovery. This practical presentation demonstrates a proven method for assessing project health and also includes tips for conducting project recovery efforts.
