About the Speaker: Rodger Harding
Rodger Harding draws on extensive legal, diplomatic, and business experience to provide workable business strategies. Experience in North America, Europe and Africa has enhanced his business, political and social savvy and guarantees relevant and original content. His principle fields of consulting expertise are Business Leadership, Corporate Intelligence Awareness, Career Transition, and Conflict Management/Mediation.
The business and people solutions he provides to large and small organizations had their origin in the unique experience provided by service as Head of Training in the South African Department of Foreign Affairs. Rodger spearheaded the training of ministers and government officials in preparation for the introduction of the New South Africa to the world.

Session Format
An interactive discussion, with ample time for questions, designed to heighten awareness of the individual and collective role of individuals in gathering and protecting information vital to sustaining product/service relevance and staying ahead of the competitor. A comprehensive hand-out will obviate the need for copious note taking.
